Why can't I see revision history?

Parsing of text styles from text editor to post does not seem to work.
Email notifications of posts on forums that you've made posts in or pages that you choose to watch
Submit button should be above all the other options
Do iframes work?
Not every user needs to be able to edit TinyMCE preferences (and how come it's not in the admin sidebar, but it is in my normal user)
I'm thinking that we need three, or maybe four levels of access
