Smithsonian to host Global Lives Seminar October 6, 4pm
The Smithsonian Institution's National Museum of Natural History will host a seminar by David Evan Harris, Founder and Executive Director of the Global Lives Project, on October 6, 2011. The seminar will be part of the Recovering Voices Seminar Series hosted by the Smithsonian's National Museum of Natural History in collaboration with the National Museum of the American Indian and the Center for Folklife and Cultural Heritage. Talk to be held at National Museum of Natural History. Begins at 4pm sharp, all attendees must RSVP in advance to info [at] globallives [dot] org and bring photo ID.
